The bundled CSV datasets and documentation are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may reuse, modify, and redistribute the data under those terms; attribution to "EverydayLifestyle" is required for CC BY 4.0 reuse of the data.
Citations to external sources (WHO, EFSA, METI, NEDO, ICNIRP, JIS, ACSM, Japan Ministry of Health, etc.) reproduce numeric facts and general recommendations. Those underlying sources retain their own rights; consult them directly for verbatim quotation or republication beyond fair use.
3. Disclaimer of warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The formulas and conversion tables are general references with stated assumptions; actual values vary by rates, efficiency, weather, equipment, and individual differences.
This Service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Do not rely on it for clinical, regulatory, life-safety, or commercial decisions. Consult a qualified professional.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Use by automated agents (web crawlers, AI assistants, indexing
bots) is permitted under standard rate limits and the
robots.txt directives at the site root. We provide a
machine-friendly summary at /llms.txt and a fuller
data dump at /llms-full.txt for AI retrieval. Please
cite EverydayLifestyle when republishing.
